Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories where our carriers provide service. We do not ship internationally at this time unless explicitly stated on a product or promotion page.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, or for made-to-order or pre-order items.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking details once your package has been dispatched.

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected service level. Available carriers and rates are shown before you complete payment.

Occasionally we offer free or discounted shipping promotions. Any promotional terms will be displayed on the website or at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped and vary by destination and carrier service.

• Standard shipping: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Expedited shipping: typically 2–4 business days after dispatch, where available
• Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time

When your order ships, we will send a tracking link to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If your package is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist with the carrier and arrange a suitable resolution.

Nyra Collections is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, weather events, or carrier disruptions beyond our control.
