Return & Exchange Policy

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. Nyra Collections does not issue refunds back to your original method of payment. We hope this encourages you to take your time selecting your purchases — please reach out with any questions about sizing or styling. Store credit never expires. We add new styles regularly and hope we can help you find something new if your purchase doesn't work out. Store credit is sent as an e-gift card via email when your return is processed, to the email address on file.

E-gift cards

Expect an emailed e-gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your return at our warehouse. Store credit is not processed the day your item is delivered — it must be sorted, inspected, and processed. Thank you for your patience!

Return policy

We only offer store credit for returns. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.

We do not send return labels, so you may send the item back using the carrier of your choice.

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the receive date.
  • Returns must be received in new condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains may be refused.
  • Your original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, print your order confirmation email or go to your customer profile on our website and print your order summary.
  • Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. You cannot use store credit before we have issued it to you.
  • Items of the Day, Flash Sale, and Sale items are final sale.
  • Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered final sale.
  • All accessories are final sale.
  • Bodysuits and intimates are final sale.
  • We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
  • Please allow 3 business days for return processing.
  • Once your return is processed, we will email you an e-gift card with your store credit to use on the website.
  • Any returns past this policy will not be accepted or store credited.
  • E-gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be for the same item in a different size. We are not able to exchange for different items.

If you need a different size, note your size exchange on your invoice and send the item back to our return address. If we have the item in stock in your requested size, we will send it to you. If we do not have your requested size, we will send you an e-gift card with store credit.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rashmi@nyracollections.com or (408)-230-7439 with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you on a replacement, exchange, or store credit as appropriate.
